Prior to his judicial service, he practiced law for 18 years, gaining a broad perspective on both litigation and negotiation. During his tenure on the bench, he was appointed as the Presiding Judge for the Mediator Ethics Review Board, underscoring his commitment to professionalism and integrity within the mediation community.
